Our subdivision is located in the NW Detroit suburb of Farmington Hills, Michigan. It consists of 112 homes built from 1925 to 2003, and is situated at the NW corner of Orchard Lake Rd and 13 Mile Rd, from west of Orchard Lake Rd to Greenboro and from 13 Mile Rd north to Ravine. The development of Canterbury Commons is to our west (the east portion of it uses the platting from the original Oaklands Subdivision), and Kendallwood is to our south.

to shopping and highways to get you around town quickly. Our schools are within
the Farmington Public School system; Eagle Elementary, Warner Middle and North
Farmington High, along with private and parochial schools nearby.
